Our organization will verify the legitimacy of each beneficiary home and authorize their campaigns before they become publicly accessible. By creating an account, beneficiary homes confirm that they are legally permitted to solicit and receive donations.

Charitable Campaigns and Donations

Beneficiary homes are responsible for accurately representing the purpose and use of funds in their campaign descriptions. Once a donation is completed, it is non-refundable. Donations will be transferred directly to the beneficiary home’s account upon either completion of the donation or the campaign’s deadline. Our organization is not responsible for the use of funds once they are transferred to the beneficiary home.

Automated Fund Transfers

Upon reaching the campaign deadline or completion of payment goals, funds raised will be automatically transferred to the beneficiary’s designated account. Our Website facilitates these transfers but does not bear responsibility for the funds once they have been successfully transferred.

Use of Donation Allocation

Lifting Others with Vision and Empathy Foundation (L.O.V.E) retains 2% of all donations received as a contribution towards website maintenance, operational costs, and ongoing support of the platform. By donating, you acknowledge and agree to this allocation.
